What should you do if you had a Merits&Benefits account and you are not able to activate your account on the new Ekivita Edenred benefits platform?

If you had an account on the old benefits platform, there are two methods for activating your new account, which will depend on the organisation offering you access to the platform:

  1. "Resetting your password" by clicking on "I have forgotten my password". When doing so, you must use the same login as on the old Merits & Benefits platform.

  2. Activate your new account by using an identification code and an activation code sent by email from the address, noreply-ekivita@be.edenred.info

In either case, we or your organisation will have sent you an email or letter explaining the steps to follow to activate your account on the new Ekivita Edenred benefits platform.

If you do not know which procedure to follow, please contact the organisation which is providing you access to the benefits platform.
