What should you do if you can't find your activation code?

Your activation code may be sent to you a number of different ways:

  • By email, from the address noreply-ekivita@be.edenred.info
  • By the organisation offering you access to the platform
  • By post

The activation code must be entered only once, when you are activating your account. It must be entered alongside your identification code.

If, having checked your emails and post, you still cannot find your activation code, please contact our customer service team using the following form.
