How do I activate my Ekivita Edenred account?

I have an email containing an activation link
  1. Search for an email sent by noreply-ekivita@be.edenred.info
  2. Click on the link to confirm the activation of your account
  3. Choose a username and a password

I have an activation and identification code

Follow these steps to activate your account:

  1. Go to your benefits platform.
  2. Enter you activation code: this code has been sent:
    • By email, from the address noreply-ekivita@be.edenred.info
    • by the organisation offering you access to the benefits platform.
    • By post
  3. Enter your identification code: this is a unique code that has been sent by the organisation offering you access to the benefits platform.
  4. Choose a username and a password

If, having checked your emails and post, you still cannot find your activation details, please contact our customer service team using the following form.
