My app isn’t working. What should I do?

  1. First check that you have installed the latest version of the Ekivita app. Go to the App Store or Google Play to see if a new applicable update is available;
  2. If that doesn’t work, uninstall and then reinstall the app and restart your phone;
  3. Finally, check to see if all recent updates for your phone have been properly installed.

If the app still doesn’t work after following all these steps, please contact our Customer Service using this form. Please attach a screenshot of the problem, if possible.
